In 2006 I travelled to Uganda to visit my friend Afonso Vaz Pinto, who was working in Entebbe. We went to the Murchison Falls reserve with another friend, Quá Quá (Filipe Ribeiro), who was working in Kinshassa and joined us. At one point we came across this elephant who was the leader of the herd and, feeling provoked, charged at us. Luckily he didn't hit us. There are images of this attack (which I'll publish later). In this image we were already moving away.
